Troubleshooting

Important things to consider if your pictures are of poor quality or color when appearing in Tenant Pro:

• The pictures you can bring into Tenant Pro will automatically reduce their quality to 256 colors.

• Tenant Pro does not automatically adjust the picture size. The largest allowed size of any copied or assigned picture is 640x480. Any pictures larger than that are subject to being reduced in quality further to be even as low as 16 colors

• To correct this, open the picture in the Paint Brush program. Choose Edit>Stretch & Skew. You will need to troubleshoot your picture size a little at a time until you reach your desired results. On the Stretch option, reduce the horizontal and vertical sizes to 50% to start. Re-save it as 256 colors and put it back into Tenant Pro. Repeat this process until you reach your desired results.
