“I am not a bookkeeper – I am hardly computer literate – but I never had any problem learning and using Tenant Pro, and I use every tool. I can hardly balance my own checkbook, but for my business I use Tenant Pro 7’s check writing, bank reconciliation, work orders – and there is a list for absolutely everything. My vendors are happy – they love getting copies of the work order with their checks attached. My property owners stay happy – reports are easy to understand and there has never been a question about 1099s or monthly statements. If I didn’t have Tenant Pro, there would be no way I could do my accounting in house, I would have to farm it out – I simply couldn’t do without it. I started using Tenant Pro three years ago. Now that I have migrated to 7, I find that I really like the new features as well as the look. The new buttons and tabs make it a lot more intuitive and I especially like the way the windows lay out and function. The best thing about Tenant Pro though, has to be the technical support backing it. When it came to anything having to do with computers or software, I have always been terrified to call for technical support, but even more terrified not to. The caliber of Tenant Pro’s support and true customer servicing is just unheard of – I can’t say enough about it.”
