"I am not an accountant; I’m a property manager. With most of the property management software that’s available, you have to be an accountant to use it. Whoever designed Tenant Pro 7 did so from the perspective of a layman. I spent a great deal of money on another program before finding Tenant Pro 7. Unfortunately, they did a great job of selling but had no backup customer service or technical support. I’m glad the old adage, ‘You Get What You Pay For,’ isn’t always true, because I would have expected to pay a great deal more for Tenant Pro than I did. Tenant Pro 7 is the best program available at any price. From sales to customer service, to technical support, every department is totally committed to keeping the customer happy. I am impressed with the ongoing Service Releases that are available to download at no charge. That tells me that they are not content with just a good program – it has to be as good as it can get. I am equally impressed with the Technical Support team, but must admit the program has gotten so reliable, I don’t call much anymore. If I have a challenge, it’s generally because of an error I have made or something I’m just not catching. With the built-in Help and comprehensive tutorials, I can do my own troubleshooting.”
