Move-In / Move-Out Wizards

Tenant Pro 7 uses wizards to make the move-in and move-out process quick and simple. Within a single window, the wizard guides you step-by-step to enter the information necessary to complete the process. Tenant Pro does all the calculating, so you can be assured the data is accurate. The Move-In/Move-Out Wizards can be easily accessed from the main toolbar.

The Move-In Wizard will walk you through the process of moving a tenant into an existing unit. The wizard automatically displays a list of all vacant units. However, you can also choose to move a tenant into a unit that is currently occupied. The Move-In Wizard is perfect if you are pressed for time. Only minimal information is required to move a tenant in, allowing
for fast data entry.

Tenant Pro 7's powerful Move-Out Wizard shows all unapplied charges or payments that are still open on the lease. The wizard shows the deposit balance and you can easily subtract any of the open charges from the deposit.
