The Company
Oakwood Property, based in Dallas, Texas, manages eight multifamily properties and one commercial property. The nine properties total 1,191 units. By Spring of 2000, the company will manage more than 1,500 units. Although eight of the properties are in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Oakwood plans on purchasing properties in Oklahoma and Texarkana, Texas.
