Located in Georgia, Brooks Real Estate Management Co. owns and manages over 160 commercial retail, office and warehouse properties.

The Problem
Terry Wood, in conjunction with Brooks Real Estate Management Co. helps manage 160 plus commercial properties. In the real estate business since 1993, Terry was using several Dos-based programs that were not specifically written for real estate management, but needed software that would allow him to manage all the properties in one program and on one report.

The Solution
In 1998, Terry purchased Tenant Pro and has been using the software ever since. Terry found Tenant Pro to be the solution that would maximize his management operations. "The software is very user friendly, and simplifies paper work, which allows me to do other things I wouldn't have time to do without the program." Without Tenant Pro, Terry had to pull individual debt cards to compile property reports, which was very time-consuming.

Recommendation
Terry suggests you read the entire manual before setting up Tenant Pro software. "This way you can get a good idea of what the software capabilities are. Otherwise you don't understand why you're doing something the manual has instructed, so read it all the way the through, then go back and set it up chapter by chapter. For me, it made all the difference."
