The Company
Brian Bemis, president of Bemis Realty, founded his property management company in 1990. Bemis Realty manages 200 properties with approximately 350 tenants. The Dallas-based company focuses primarily on single-family units, but also manages multifamily units, duplexes, and condominiums.
