The Company
Based in central Pinellas County, Florida with several offices throughout the country, the single-family division of Buxton Properties, Inc. manages more than 400 units, consisting of three apartment complexes, 24 duplexes and 80 single-family homes.

The Problem
D.J. Schladweiler, property manager for the single-family division of Buxton Properties, had to quickly assume the division's bookkeeping responsibilities. She needed a system that was quick and easy to learn. Having other responsibilities, she needed an efficient and easy-to-learn system.
